1. Definitions

The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms & Conditions:

• "Platform" means the fatcai website at https://fatcai.cam, including all associated services, features, content, games, and software.
• "Member" / "User" / "You" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a Member upon successful registration.
• "Balance" means the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp) funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, including both real-money funds and bonus credits where applicable.
• "Bonus Credits" means non-withdrawable promotional funds credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any staking of real-money or bonus funds on a game outcome or sporting event through the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which use of the Platform is unlawful or restricted.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, reality checks, and self-exclusion features available within the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on fatcai, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. fatcai strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account where underage access is suspected.
2. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by law applicable to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
3. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of fatcai, nor a close family member of any such person.
4. You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from fatcai under these Terms or any predecessor agreement.
5. You must be acting as a private individual for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Using the Platform on behalf of a third party or as a professional betting service is strictly prohibited.
6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to any legal incapacity that restricts your ability to contract, you are not eligible to use the Platform.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on fatcai. Operating multiple Accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update your registration information promptly if it changes. fatcai is not responsible for any losses or delays resulting from inaccurate account information provided by the Member.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified fatcai of unauthorized access in writing without undue delay.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be applied.

3.4 Account Currency

All Accounts on fatcai are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and all other monetary values within the Platform are expressed in Rupiah. fatcai does not currently support multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion is applied to Rupiah transactions.

4. KYC Verification

fatcai is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC verification process may also be triggered at any time at our discretion, including upon account registration, following unusually large deposits, or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4.1 Required Documents

To complete KYC verification, you may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued national identity card (KTP) or passport
• A recent bank statement or utility bill confirming your registered address (dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of bank account header showing your name)
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, if requested

4.2 Verification Timeline

fatcai will endeavour to complete KYC review within 1–3 business days of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawals will be placed on hold during the verification period. If submitted documents are incomplete or illegible, we will notify you and the verification clock will restart upon receipt of corrected documents.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fatcai currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

5.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• fatcai does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges — these are the Member's responsibility.
• Deposits made during Indonesian banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB) are typically credited within 5 minutes for the four major banks. Off-hours transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on the sending institution's processing schedule.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be refunded to the source account.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours after approval. E-wallet withdrawals are generally processed within 2–6 hours. These are estimates and are not guaranteed processing times.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal request can be approved against the relevant bonus balance.
• fatcai reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount.

5.4 Dormant Account Fees

An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for 12 consecutive months. fatcai reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of up to Rp 25.000 to dormant Account balances after providing 30 days' written notice to your registered email address. Members may reactivate their Account at any time by logging in and contacting support.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

fatcai offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's dedicated terms state otherwise:

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. fatcai reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Each Member is entitled to claim any given promotion once only, unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise.
• Bonus credits are typically subject to a wagering requirement (also called rollover or turnover). The specific requirement is displayed at the point of bonus claim and must be satisfied before any funds derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount for casino games and 15x the bonus amount for sports betting.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific contribution percentages are published in each promotion's full terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply while wagering bonus funds. Exceeding these limits may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings.
• Bonuses may have expiry periods. If wagering requirements are not satisfied within the specified validity period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse or exploit promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, coordinated betting with other users, hedging strategies across multiple accounts, or any other form of unfair advantage-taking — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses, reversal of related winnings, and potential permanent suspension of the Account.

7. Betting & Game Rules

7.1 Placing Wagers

All wagers placed through the Platform are final once confirmed. Members are responsible for ensuring that their wager selections, stake amounts, and all other bet parameters are correct before confirming the bet. fatcai does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed wager except in cases of obvious technical error on the Platform's part.

7.2 Betting Limits

fatcai reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits on all markets and games. These limits may vary by sport, league, game type, and individual Member. We may apply lower limits to Members who consistently exploit market inefficiencies or demonstrate professional betting patterns.

7.3 Results and Settlement

All sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant competition. Casino and slot game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) independently audited by third-party testing agencies. Togel (Indonesian lottery) results are settled based on the official draw results published by the respective lottery operator (Singapore Pools, Hongkong Jockey Club, etc.).

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or RNG failure, all affected wagers will be voided and stakes returned to Members' Accounts.

7.4 Voided Bets

fatcai reserves the right to void any wager in the following circumstances:

• Obvious pricing error or palpable mistake in odds offered
• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned with no official result declared within a reasonable timeframe
• The result is affected by match-fixing, corruption, or other forms of cheating
• The Member gained unfair advantage through insider information, abuse of system vulnerabilities, or other fraudulent means
• Technical malfunction affected the outcome or odds displayed

7.5 Game Rules

Specific game rules for each casino game, slot title, live dealer table, and sports betting market are accessible within the Platform. Members are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. Where a conflict arises between these general Terms and a specific game's rules, the specific game rules take precedence for that game only.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fatcai Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple Accounts
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Sharing Account credentials or allowing third parties to use your Account
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other tools to conceal your true location
• Colluding with other Members to gain unfair advantage
• Using automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place wagers
• Exploiting software bugs, design flaws, or system vulnerabilities
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activities
• Depositing funds from a payment method not registered in your own name
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward fatcai staff or other Members
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any aspect of the Platform's software or infrastructure

fatcai reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to relevant law enforcement authorities and to cooperate fully with any investigation.

9. Responsible Gaming

fatcai is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe environment for all Members. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a means of generating income or solving financial problems.

9.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

All Members have access to the following responsible gaming controls through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds over specified periods
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic alerts after a specified duration of continuous play
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying your current session duration and balance change
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a period between 24 hours and permanent closure

9.2 Self-Exclusion

Members who feel their gambling is becoming problematic can request self-exclusion by contacting our support team. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be locked, you will not be able to log in or place wagers, and you will not receive promotional communications from fatcai. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed until they expire.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the fatcai Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video, software, code, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the site — is the property of fatcai or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform except as incidentally necessary for normal web browser caching.

The "fatcai" name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

fatcai respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. Our collection, use, and storage of your personal information is governed by our dedicated Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our support team.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fatcai and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or expected savings
• Loss of data or Account information
• Service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or software errors
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials
• Third-party actions including payment processor delays or banking errors

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fatcai makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's operation, availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits fatcai's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by fatcai

fatcai reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your Account
• You fail KYC verification or provide false identity documents
• You are found to be under 21 years of age
• Continued operation of your Account would expose fatcai to legal or regulatory risk

Upon termination for breach, all pending wagers may be voided, bonus balances forfeited, and withdrawal privileges suspended pending investigation. Real-money funds deposited by you (less any amounts owed to fatcai for breaches) will be returned after deduction of reasonable administrative costs.

13.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be paid out to you via your registered payment method once all pending wagers are settled and KYC verification is complete. Bonus balances and unredeemed loyalty points will be forfeited upon Account closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fatcai holds its operating license, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body.

Members residing in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling laws in Indonesia are restrictive. While fatcai operates under an international license and serves Indonesian residents, Members accept all personal legal responsibility for compliance with local laws applicable to them.

15. Amendments to These Terms

fatcai reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to Members. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised whenever changes are made.

Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. Material changes affecting Members' rights or obligations will be communicated via email to registered addresses and/or via prominent notice on the Platform.
